ANN ESSAY: technology education

The field of education covers the age from 84 days old to 8 years old. A pre-school teachers and primary teacher instructs children in activities that promote physical, social, psychological, intellectual, language, motor skills development. Work in an educational center or a community. Also teaches music, art, literature, natural and social sciences. He cares about hygiene, encouraging collaborative work and care for themselves, understanding the natural and social environment.

Always encourages its students in the learning process, all done in a climate of mutual respect between student and teacher.

Prepares course objectives, activities and assessments. It also performs work in partnership with parents.

Promotes development that is integral.

To develop all these aspects can use technology, and is present in all areas.
The educational possibilities of the technologies should be considered in two aspects: their knowledge and usage.
The first is a direct result of culture. You can not understand today's world without a modicum of computer literacy. You have to understand how it is generated, how it is stored, how it changes, how it spreads and how to access information in its many forms (text, images, sounds). We must try to participate in creating that culture. This, which has two facets: Integrating this new culture in education, gazing at all levels of education and that knowledge will lead to a widespread use of technologies to deliver training throughout life.

The second aspect, although related to the first, is more technical. It must use technology to learn and to teach. The learning of any subject or skill can be facilitated by technology and in particular the Internet, using appropriate techniques.

It is not easy to practice teaching technologies that solve all the problems that arise, but try to develop educational systems that relate the various aspects of computer and information transmission, while being as constructive methodologically.

Getting to do that job well is very difficult. Requires a great effort of each teacher and a major work of planning and coordinating the team of teachers.

Teachers have to prepare appropriate materials for students. We have the opportunity and duty to fill that need. It's about creating an education so that theory, abstraction, design and experimentation are integrated.

It is essential to introduce the technologies in schools, awareness and induction of teachers in technology, especially when they are thinking of areas (such as curriculum content and teaching tool.)

Then, the programs for the training of teachers in the educational use of New Technologies of Information and Communication should be proposed as objectives:
- Contribute to the updating of the educational system (because society demands it.)
- Provide teachers with the acquisition of theoretical and operational skills to enable them to integrate in their teaching, educational media in general and those based on new technologies in particular.
- Acquire an overview of integrating new technologies into the curriculum, analyzing the changes suffered by its different elements: content, methodology, evaluation, etc.
- Train teachers to reflect on their own practice, assessing the role and contribution of all means to the teaching-learning process.

Finally, seek help or opportunities for improvement in education to explore the educational possibilities of the technology on all environments and circumstances that present reality.

How green are you??

Hello dear classmates and teacher,

Well, in a long time this topic was of fashion, but now doesn't say much. The people learn about enviromentally friendly practices in your houses, in the schools, with friends, with the parents.... even in the or with the T.V. or radio programs, only depends the person, because the opportunities for to grow conscious be in all parts.
There's no time to lose! And been very much activities for do in your daily routine, for example you can recycle, in my condominium have containers for recycle glass, paper, cardboard and plastic, in the supermarket you can find containers of battery, tetra pack, in the subway you can find containers for cell phone, etc. in many places you can find containers of all kind, is very easy!!!!

Other examples is use bike or your legs for not to pollute, although nobody said it was easy, your university, school or job is far away can be to sweat..Uffff!!
I’d love joined any eco-organizations, but requires many time and hard job, demands commitments and I don’t know, I don’t believe can to do.
I’d love make the school program for the kids and include the parents, the teachers, the community, the friends, etc. also can make the T.V. program where the kids talk about your experiences.

In the society, particularly in Santiago missing more law to regulate principally at the factory or industry, because the common citizens make many things for better the enviromentaly.
How time flies! and have a lot to do!

Happy Friday and weekend!

school feeding

Hello dear classmates and teacher,

A recent and shocking news about education is about the alimentation to receiving students from many schools in Chile. Following irregularities by JUNAEB detected by a television program, deputies UDI (María José Hoffman and Gustavo Hasbún) quoted the minister of education Joaquín Lavin. Foods that are children of different school in the country are deficient in delivery, handling and hygiene.

"We reject and express our utmost indignation to these facts, which are totally against the dignity and our children," he said, adding that "we have decided to quote the Minister of Education, Joaquin Lavin, the commission Education next Tuesday; to give us complete information of what happens in the Junaeb"

Although some seem to have no relation to education, food for children is Very important in their physical and mental training.Malnutrition is associated with poor academic performance, children get and learns slowly, also slows the growth, the child is more prone to disease, lack of energy. Children are not attentive in class, they sleep, etc.

The preparation and food selection is very important; it allows a healthy and balanced qe allows the child and the child stay healthy. The daily menu must provide the necessary energy to perform daily activities. The daily diet should provide nutrients for the proper functioning of the body. You should eat food substances in appropriate proportions.

Educational agents must ensure that the foods children receive are high quality and handled hygienically, to be given in appropriate portions and give them all the necessary nutrients for their bodies to function well.

I like to travel to Cuba for two reasons, to travel and study; I have many good comments on it. It is a beautiful country, with beautiful beaches; the weather is very hot, the average temperature is 39 ° c approx; people are very good and happy. People have a right to quality health and education and free.

The food, electricity and all services are rationed on an equal basis to all people who live there.

If I had the opportunity to go on holiday with me to take my family, especially my father, because his dream is to go to Cuba before Fidel dies and also because is the country where to lives Ernesto Guevera.
If I could go to university, it would be to perfect in the area of education, since it is a country known worldwide in this area, I like know the methodology to use, know the author in to uphold, penetrated in to the system, etc.

first term

Hello classmates and teacher,

Well, the first term went very tired for me. I have eight subjects (methodology, evaluation, English, etc.) ; also with my classmates we went Dichato, all days to work hard, In Dichato there were not bedroom, bathroom, electricity, etc. The transport it was poor and I to be short of money. But, the most difficult for me went to separate of my son. We had activities for parents, children. Also, learnt much about the social education and the people are very wonderful, all had very grateful.

It was very difficult to organize the time for each thing (the class, the homework, the family, my boyfriend, my son, etc. ) Never have times for me, always say “tomorrow sleep long time” “tomorrow go shopping” “tomorrow go the hairdressing salon” etc., but finally never go.

In my free time…. I don’t have free time, maybe could be play and dancing with my son, see television, listen to music, go the birthday of my family and friends, read the goo book, also meeting with my friends every other week. I don’t practice any sport. I hope to practice some this term.

but I survived this semester so exhausting, but rewarding.

Bye

Suggest topics

Hello classmates and teacher,

I think blogs are a fun way to put into practice what they learn, because we write about things that happen in life and fantasies, etc. Although writing about a personal issue is often very complicated. I am not an expert in English, I have to search for multiple words in dictionary and Google and of course my writing or grammar is horrible. But, I think blogs are a good idea.

I suggest some topics that are very interesting and funny for my:

-Things I like me, for example: Movies, music (group, artist, style, etc.), art (photography, plastic art, sculpture, etc.), also about the careers: education, anthropology, psychology, and the principal persons in each area. Other idea is talk about holidays, for example birthday, new year, Christmas, etc.

Bye

The photo of my men

It was very difficult to choose one picture, because they always represent special moments, people shoot into their lives they want to remember for some or other reason. But finally chose this one, because there are two men I love most in life, my father and my son.
I have a very special relationship with my father, we are very close. Although he travels a lot, for example now in Punta Arenas for 3 months. He always understands me and gives me good advice, we like the same music and books, we share many passions. Is a very happy person, likes to sing and dace, always try to do all best. I admire him a lot.
He also has a very special connection with my child when my father comes home Jorge does not want to be with another person, spends all day with his grandfather. What a great time together. You can feel the love they have for each other.
And my son ..... of course it is a very important person for me I love him endlessly, keeps me busy, but it makes me happy.
They are the only people that make me feel quiet, at peace.
Another point: both have the same name JORGE.
I took this picture a day in the morning before my parents were to work, dressed to Jorge with the shirt that said “I am of the U like my grandfather”, I think it was in November 2008, I was still in my house , did not return to university.

When I am with them I miss them a lot, one protects me and I protects another. Will always want to be with them forever.

Paulo Freire

He was born on 19 of September, 1921 in Recife, Brazil. Freire knew poverty and hunger during the Great Depression of 1929, an experience that formed his concerns for the poor and to help build its educational perspective. He studied philosophy and psychology of language at the same time. He joined the legal bureaucracy but never practiced law, preferring to Portuguese classes in high school.

In 1946 Freire was appointed Director of Education and Culture Department of Social Services in the state of Pernambuco, the state of his hometown's capital. Working primarily among the poor who could not read or write, Freire began to take an unorthodox approach of what can be considered a variation of the theology of liberation. At that time, literacy was a requirement for voting in the Brazilian presidential elections. In 1961 he was appointed director of the Department of Cultural Extension of Recife University, and in 1962 had the first opportunity to apply his theories significantly, when they were taught to read and write to 300 workers in sugar cane plantations in such only 45 days. In response to these achievements, the Brazilian government approved the creation of thousands of cultural circles across the country. In 1964 a military coup ended the project: Freire was imprisoned as a traitor for 70 days. After a brief exile in Bolivia, Freire worked in Chile for five years for the Christian Democratic Movement for Agrarian Reform and the UN Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.

In 1967, Freire published his first book, Education as the practice of freedom. The book was well received, and was offered the post of visiting professor at Harvard University in 1969. The year before he wrote his famous book Pedagogy of the Oppressed, published in English and Spanish in 1970.
Is my favorite character of education and history because it brings criticism to the classroom, respect the autonomy of the student. It takes education beyond the classroom. Because education is a reflective process. HE IS THE BEST

the best gift the world

I have received very good gifts in my life, for example a song written by my boyfriend, a beautiful guitar, big hugs, clothing, a computer, musical instruments, records of my favorite bands, albums autographed by the artists, books, etc. When I was little everyone seemed to me good gifts, they were all cool, clothing, dolls, bikes all the presents were something I wanted to receive. But the most beautiful gifts I have received the last two birthdays and Christmas, they have been made by my son his name is George and makes the best pictures, cards and other crafts. Although he is the best gift in the world every day when I come home he greets me with a smile, a hug, a kiss in the morning we went to bed some time together to play or watch television (cartoons). But perhaps this is not an unusual gift or different from others, love actual handing me my child is the greatest gift the world.
